Der "Celebrity-Blogger" Perez Hilton hat am heutigen Montag auf seinem Twitter-Account ein Foto des Serien-Stars Miley Cyrus veröffentlicht, auf dem ihr Intimbereich deutlich zu sehen ist.
Miley ist erst 17 Jahre alt, somit fällt das Veröffentlichen solcher Fotos in den USA unter Kinderpornografie.
Abzuwarten bleibt, ob sich die Polizei dessen annimmt, da Perez das Bild mittlerweile entfernte.

Das Problem daran…1. ist es moralisch verwerflich einer 17-jährigen in den Schritt zu fotografieren und 2. ist Miley noch minderjährig, dürfte also unter Verbreitung von Kinderpornografie zählen.
Wir haben auch erst gerätselt, ob es sich bei dem Bild um ein Fake handelt oder ob Miley Cyrus tatsächlich nackig unter ihrem Kleidchen war, aber für uns gibt es nur eine Lösung…
Sie hatte Unterwäsche an und das Bild ist eine Fälschung. Sieht schon sehr komisch aus die Anordnung von Hüfte und Beinen.
Und wenn es tatsächlich echt ist, dann hoffe ich für Perez, dass er mal richtig den Sack voll kriegt und ne schöne Bewährungsstrafe aufgebrummt bekommt.
Übrigens hat er das Foto jetzt entfernt.

Notorious blogger Perez Hilton tweeted the uncensored version of the above Miley Cyrus upskirt photo early this morning. There are two big problems with this fact and this photo. The first is that Miley Cyrus is not yet 18, which would qualify the uncensored photo as child pornography! The second problem is that the photo appears to be doctored, and poorly I might add, the hips do not line up with the rest of the body.
The photo has been removed but as of this post the tweet is still up on his page. I would guess that one of Hilton’s lawyers has had a busy morning.
