Kelly Clarkson: Neues Album erst ab September
Sängerin Kelly Clarkson enthüllt, dass ihr langerwartetes fünftes Album erst im September veröffentlicht werden wird.Enttäuschung für alle Kelly Clarkson-Fans: Die neue Platte der Sängerin wird erst im September erscheinen. Das fünfte Album der Amerikanerin, das an ‘All I Ever Wanted’ von 2009 anschließt, sollte eigentlich früher in diesem Jahr auf den Markt kommen, nun kündigt die 29-Jährige allerdings an, dass es länger auf sich warten lassen wird.
“Ich habe vor kurzem herausgefunden, dass mein Album erst im September erscheint. Das Album ist aufgenommen, aber ich darf es bis dahin nicht veröffentlichen”, schreibt Clarkson auf ihrer Facebook-Seite.
“Ich weiß, dass das eine lange Zeit ist, aber offensichtlich ist das die beste Zeit, um es zu veröffentlichen, deshalb tut mir die Verspätung leid, aber ich verspreche, dass es sich toll anhören wird!”
Vor kurzem enthüllte die Popsängerin außerdem, dass sie sich mit den neuen Songs von ihren Rock’n'Roll-Wurzeln entfernt und am Country-Genre, aber auch einer Reihe von anderen Künstlern orientiert habe.
“Es wurde von Prince, Tina Turner, Sheryl Crow, Radiohead beeinflusst, hat bei manchen Songs aber auch einen Country-Vibe/Einfluss”, gab sie dazu preis. Außerdem bestätigte Clarkson, dass die Platte eine Coverversion von Eric Hutchinsons ‘Why Don’t You Try’ beinhalten werde.

"I recently found out that my album won't be coming out until September ....the album has been recorded but I can't release it until then.
I realize that is a long time but that's the best time to release it apparently so I'm sorry for the wait but I promise you it sounds great!"
