Brandi Cyrus called her sister Miley via Ustream.tv

On Tuesday (January 25th) night Miley went to a cute restaurant in NOLA (New Orleans) called JAQUES-IMO'S to have some dinner and the waitress took a picture with her.

Miley was having dinner at this place when her sister Brandi Cyrus and her band mate from Frank and Derol, Codi Caraco, had a Ustream chat where Brandi tried to call Miley! Altough Miley was at dinner, she called her sister back to say hey to her and to her fans watching the Ustream chat : )
