Here's another video of Miley Cyrus signing autographs when she was in Paris. I think it's so cool that she takes the time to sign autographs and take pictures even though she said she was late. She seemed a bit tipsy on her way back.. hehe what do you think? I mean the legal drinking age in France is 16 so maybe..
