Der 53-jährige Mark McLeod war verhaftet worden, da er immer wieder auf Events auftauchte, auf denen Miley auftrat, und sie dort bedroht haben soll.

Außerdem campierte der Mann drei Tage lang vor ihrem Balkon und behauptet, dass ihm die 16-jährige geheime Botschaften über ihre Fernsehauftritte übermittelt.

Nach seiner Verhaftung, bei der er sich massiv gewehrt hat, behauptete der offensichtlich verwirrte Mann, dass er Miley heiraten werde und lud die Polizisten auch gleich noch zu der Hochzeit ein.

Das alles ist schon gruselig genug, doch der Stalker wurde auf Grund der überfüllten Gefängnisse nu wieder freigelassen und läuft jetzt wieder frei durch die Gegend.

Daily News interviewte den offensichtlich verwirrten Mann, als er sich gerade für eine Buchunterzeichnung anstellte und auf ein Treffen mit Miley hoffte. (Video)
