Miley Cyrus was spotted heading out with friends in Studio City, CA on Tuesday night (November 23) to celebrate her 18th birthday.
Upon her arrival, the birthday girl and her on-again, off-again boyfriend Liam Hemsworth could be seen rushing away from photographers.

Are the young couple back on? On thing that’s for sure is that Miley is not dating singer-songwriter Mike Posner.
He tells PopEater: “We’re not dating.” The reason? Miley is a little too young for him.
He adds: “She’s a nice girl, but I’m 22-and-a-half.”
The pair sparked rumours that they were dating, after they were spotted together at the MTV European Music Awards in Madrid earlier this month.
